With the broad support of our community, a phenomenal Executive Principal; -Hailey McCarthy, and a group of energetic educators from all over the country, we launched IDEA's first ever full-scale turnaround school, IDEA Travis, in partnership with the local school districts, Midland ISD. In just four months ( and amid a global pandemic!) our Travis scholars have averaged over 8 months' growth in reading and almost a year's growth in math. Under the regional leadership of Bethany Solis, Executive Director, we are proving what is possible when you have the right adults supporting scholars, and now we need your help to continue this transformation across the region. We are looking for people to help us fulfill our mission of college for all.
