Come join us at Half Liter for the May Education Series of Indy REAL with Fidelity National Title Wednesday May 26th from 4:30 – 6:30 pm EST. Fidelity will kick off with a presentation on topics pertinent to Indy Real Estate from around 4:30 – 5:15 pm, followed by Q&A until around 5:30 pm and networking, drinks and cornhole to follow. Beer and Food will be available during presentations. Aim to be Outside for part (if there’s rain, we will move inside to the reserved area). Topics for Fidelity’s presentation may include: what closers should be doing / thinking about prior to close to make everything run smoothly for their client (whether buyer or seller); the different requirements for closing and who typically handles each requirement, so that everyone can better understand responsibilities to work as fluidly as possible between Brokers, Attorneys, Lenders, Geotechnical, Etc. and Title company in achieving a closed deal; info on closing costs and any benchmarks that may be used to estimate closing costs based on size of transaction if a client asks, and/or any other relevant info
