Inattention, carelessness, or lack of prudence in the performance of normal duties may cause embarrassment or possible financial loss to the City. Duties require little individual judgment with methods and procedures clearly defined. Employee has regular outside public contact. Work is light in nature and is performed under varying weather conditions. LABORER NATURE OF WORK: Performs unskilled and limited semi-skilled manual work in the Water department. Duties are heavy in nature, requiring a high degree of physical exertion, and are performed under hazardous or adverse weather conditions.
