Welcome to stop number one on this years circuit of the Central Texas Friday Night Throwdown. Welcome to the first stop in this years circuit of the Central texas Friday Night Throwdown's!!!! This night is about bringing the CrossFit community together while doing what we love...CrossFit!! Join us June 4th, 2021 at 5pm for a heat style workout. We will be running heats of 6.  Divisions are Men & Women: RX and Scaled.We hope to see everyone here at Alpha CrossFit, ready to compete or to support their box!
