Bellingham based maintenance company seeks to add personnel to our team. Experience in janitorial services and landscaping is necessary for this position. Estimated 30 hours per week with potential for full time. Most of the work is janitorial with some basic landscaping work added. Responsibilities are as follows: • Willing to work as essential personnel under COVID-19 guidelines. • Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks typical of janitorial work. • Comfortable in using a step ladder to perform certain tasks on occasion. • Work independently or as part of a team. • Complete all jobs timely and professionally. • Have a functioning Smart Phone and be able to get online to receive work related emails & texts. • Must have valid driver license & reliable source of transportation - mileage paid or company vehicle provided. • Be at least 18 years of age. • EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES a clean criminal background check and good driving record. • EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES being punctual, reliable, polite, and have a positive work attitude at all times.
