Complete The Murph Challenge
The ChallengeWhile wearing a 20/14 lbs weight vest or body armor, complete:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run
Modification Options: Perform without a weight vest Perform Half Murph, cutting all the reps in half Replace push-ups with elevated push-ups or knee push-ups Perform in teams of 2-4 people. Complete the mile runs together and split the other reps as you choose between yourselves.
