Related to Coronavirus/COVID-19 I WAS GLAD WHEN THEY SAID UNTO ME LET US GO INTO THE HOUSE OF THE LORD! We are excited to have you all attend this Sunday's in-person service! It is going to be great to come back together and worship! We can’t wait to see you! In the meantime, We would like to remind you of some important information as you prepare to join us on Sunday: •Doors will open at 9:30am •Masks will be required when entering the building •We have tissues and sanitizer available for your use •We are asking everyone to please sit with their immediate family and observe social distancing guidelines. •If you are experiencing cough, fever, body ache, difficulty breathing, and any other flu-like symptoms, for your safety and the safety of others, please abstain from attending. Waiver of Liability By attending Fountain of Truth Church, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you and your family may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19. You also acknowledge that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and/or others, including, but not limited to, Ministry employees, contractors, volunteers, members, and participants and their families. You agree to assume all the foregoing risks, waive liability against the Ministry and any other listed parties, and accept sole responsibility for any illness, injury, disability, or death to you or your family, including all claims that may arise resulting from any of these.
