EC Air Pro is an up and coming residential and commercial Air Conditioning contractor. We cover Lee, Collier, and Charlotte County. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer with a positive attitude to suit our companies growing needs and cover our day-to-day operations. The candidate will be expected to have knowledge in the proper installation of HVAC units and accessories. If you are a knowledgeable installer w/computer skills, have good customer service skills, a good attitude, and good communication skills then send us your resume. *Compensation is based on experience* Job Description: - Our HVAC Installer is responsible for the complete and above average installation of HVAC equipment and accessories. - Communicates with the customer to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. - Knowledge of residential/commercial change-outs, relocations, repairs, maintenance, new construction rough/trim, duct modification/replacement. - Responsible for keeping installation vehicles clean and neat both inside and outside in keeping with the company's professional image. - Understanding and preparation of tools and materials needed for job each day. - Lead and coordinate HVAC helper(s) in the completion of the job each day. - Closes daily job tasks with accurate notes, pictures, customer signatures, and payment collection. - Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns. Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned. Qualifications: - Must have previous HVAC experience - Ability to communicate with customers (Bilingual is a PLUS) - Ability to pass a background check and DMV check - Must pass a drug screen - Personal tools is a plus - Ensuring the delivery of quality customer service - Achievement of a great installation/repair in a timely manner Licenses: - Valid driver's license - EPA certification (a PLUS)
