Responsibilities: All janitorial cleaning for common areas of a Timeshare. Be able to follow a routine and scheduled responsibilities like: -Clean restrooms and pool areas. -Clean Elevators. -Clean and maintenance of exterior areas of a timeshare building, hosing, sweeping. -Blowing stairwells & walkways. Parking lot areas, tennis courts. -Wipe down handrails. Light Maintenance includes Light bulb changes, pressure washing, general handyman work. Plus other duties You will be required to bend, climb ladders, lift heavy items, vacuum, mop, dust, etc. Must have a valid Florida driver's license. Ideally, bilingual English/Spanish (English not mandatory) A golf cart will be assigned for transportation inside the resort area.
