Ultimate Staffing Services is hiring Unloader and Order Pullers to join our client's warehouse team in Middle River, MD. This position is not on public transportation. This is also a heavy lifting role (80lbs). The starting pay for this role is $14.5/hr, and then increases to $17/hr after completing the 90-day probation period. Employees will unload, palatalize, organize and store millwork products to ensure later retrieval for their eventual delivery to customers. This position requires heavy lifting, attention to detail, and teamwork! Employees will start a 90-day probation period upon hire. Employee reviews are conducted at day 30, 60, and 90. These reviews are designed to help employees successfully complete their 90-day probation period. After completing the 90-day probation period, employees will receive a raise to $17/hr and will be eligible to receive company benefits Requirements: * This position requires heavy lifting (80lbs) consistently for 8+ hours * Reliable transportation (the warehouse is not metro accessible) * Pass a pre-employment background check * Pass a pre-employment background check * Requires walking, bending, pushing, and lifting consistently for 8+ hours * RF scan gun, electric pallet jack, and forklift experience are a bonus, but not required!
