I own and operate three vacation rental properties in Lake Havasu City and I am in need of team members for house cleaning on a weekly basis. I am seeking mature, reliable, and hard-working individuals for part-time work. It is a great job for those looking for supplemental income. Shifts are typically 4-6 hours, 2-3 days a week depending on property occupancy. I provide employees with a calendar of shifts available and they choose the days they can work. Employees are paid the day of their shift. Training shift pays $12/hour. Following shifts pay $13/hour. Thank you! Responsibilities: -Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) -Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities -Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects -Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs -Make adjustments and minor repairs -Stock and maintain supply rooms -Cooperate with the rest of the staff -Follow all health and safety regulations Skills -Proven working experience as a cleaner -Ability to handle cleaning and maintenance equipment -Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies -Integrity -Trustworthiness Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 per hour
