Kabredlo's Property has an immediate opening for a Leasing Agent to join our team at one of our amazing apartment communities in Lincoln, NE. As a Leasing Agent with Kabredlo's Property, you will help create a positive environment around our apartment community. It will start with having a keen eye for discovering prospect requirements & matching those needs with their perfect apartment home. The Leasing Agent will use their sales and customer services skills on a daily base, while being comfortable and productive working independently. You will work with the Property Manager to achieve leasing goals by effectively marketing, selling, and following up with prospective residents, working to maximize the value of the community. Job Description: • Greet prospects and tour market ready units • Qualify prospects; determine needs, motives, and ability to rent • Execute necessary marketing plan to drive prospect traffic • Carry out the entire process from accepting applications to submitting completed paperwork for residence. • Collect deposits and informs tenants of deposit policies • Complete all move-in details • Other duties may be assigned as needed Requirements: • High-school graduate, College graduate preferred • Previous multifamily leasing experience required • A proven track record in leasing and/or sales • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus • Proficient in personal computer skills and in business-related computer software, including Microsoft Office and e-mail • Excellent leadership, analytical and reasoning skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in Spanish or other languages is a plus • Maintain neat, well-groomed, professional appearance • Traveling between sites required Must be able to work Saturdays from 10-4.
