WATSON perform Thursday May 20 at Martin's Downtown Doors 8 pm WATSON - Just a warrior poet philosophizer man cub born and bred in the Mississippi Delta - usually following his feet - always having a ball and a biscuit. 
 Watson Turnipseed is a multi-instrumentalist who recorded Simple Syrup outside of Cambridge, UK on a little sheep farm during the summer of 2019, from which you can feel the British influence. A year later WATSON followed up with his second EP, this time with a heavier rock sound: Four Felonies Before Noon, live tracked in LA with the members of Heyrocco, released in August 2020. WATSON assembled a dream team of musicians from Nashville, Oxford, and LA to live track a third studio EP in the heart of the Mississippi Delta in Clarksdale during the winter of 2021, titled "Bubblegum Blues", which is set to release March 30th 2021, for the people!
