Moxie Girl is an established, locally-owned business partnering with Valley vacation rental owners to stage and clean vacation homes for great guest experiences. Our team ranges from college students to retirees and we are in need of several more Household Assistants to meet the demand of our growing portfolio of vacation homes. If you have a positive attitude, energy, and a smidge of “neat freak”, WE WANT TO MEET YOU! HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANT POSITIONS OPEN: * Part-time Thursdays-Sundays (3 days/week minimum) * Part-time Fridays-Tuesdays (3 days/week minimum) * Part-time Saturdays and Sundays * Full-time LOCATIONS: Tempe, Central Phoenix, North Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa TASKS: Cleaning vacation rental homes (by yourself and some days with a team), attending to on-site laundry needs, restocking, staging, and communicating with owners for the next guest’s arrival HOURS: Weekdays and/or weekends, typically between 9:00am and 5:00pm with most shifts (4-6 hours) between 10:00am and 4:00pm SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY: We support your time for family, school and “life”, and will work with your scheduling needs PAY: Start at $13/hour with frequent performance-based pay raises WHAT WE PROVIDE: * Weekly paychecks * Paid, “no-rush” training * Paid Time Off after 90 days * Paid Sick Time after 90 days * All cleaning supplies * Flexible schedule * Supportive work environment APPLICANTS MUST: * Pass a background check * Be legal to work in the U.S. * Have a vehicle, license, and insurance * Use a smart phone * Be physically able to bend/squat/lift/reach/stair step * Bilingual a plus, but not required * Understand the need for clear and frequent communication * Entry level - NO prior experience needed HAVE QUESTIONS?
