We are looking for Cleaners to take care of our vacation rentals and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our places in a very clean and orderly condition so every guest feels at home and comfortable. Responsibilities > Clean, doing all laundry and stocking all areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling fans, restroom cleaning, cleaning all glass, washing all laundry required, etc) > All bedding & towels are required to be spot treated & cleaned every time & restocked & beds made after > Dusting off all areas of each place and detailed areas at least every other time as well as all extra spots dirty > Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs > Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping are required every time > Let management know when supplies are getting low so we can get more immediately > Follow all health and safety regulations > Flexible schedules needed because Airbnb guest come and go as they please and all times of the week and weekend and with multiple locations any day of the week can be a scheduled cleaning > Cleaning is between 10:30am till no later than 3:50pm > Being able to clean with others, there will be multiple please cleaning a place at a time most of the time, some locations are bigger then others and it makes it easier to have more then one person Skills > Proven working experience as a cleaner (don't have to have years of experience but I need everyone to have some kind of knowledge even if all it is, is parents making you clean as daily chores I can work with it) > Ability to handle all cleaning equipment and requirements > Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies (don't have to know every detail, management will be there to teach for first cleaning of every employee)
