A time to inwardly reflect on your values, emotions, and intentions, and a safe space to connect and share these findings with a loving and open community.
As we reflect and focus on ourselves, we form a deeper connection to these values and intentions we hold; and as we courageously connect with our community, we see and learn from the reflections all around us.
If you are new to journaling, or looking for some accountability, this is a great opportunity to commit yourself once a week. If you already have a journaling practice, this is an opportunity to continue while sharing and connecting with this beautiful community.
