Mesa Police POPAT Practice Test Join the Mesa PD Community Engagement Team on 5/15 for POPAT practice sessions in preparation for the April Recruit testing. The practice sessions will be held at the Mesa Public Training Facility located at 3260 N 40th St, Mesa, AZ 85215. There will be 40 open slots for each practice session at 9 and 10.
