Durock install for bathroom needed

Hello, I'm looking for someone to install Durock in my bathroom and do some drywall repair. Please see the attached pictures and let me know if you have any questions. Whoever accepts this job, it doesnt matter if you are working privately or with a company, I do require to sign a contract.
