Job Description Concrete Craft is the first national decorative concrete franchise that makes the customer a top priority by delivering one-of-a-kind products at the fairest price. We are looking for hard-working, reliable, and on-time individuals. All work is local. Must like working outdoors and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Concrete, concrete finishing, concrete overlay, epoxy, painting, and/or construction/handyman experience is preferred but not required. We will provide additional training on the skills and techniques needed to be successful in this role. The pay range is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour with potential for bonuses and future growth. __ ** Responsibilities: • Prepping: grinding, crack repair and cleaning concrete surfaces. • Mixing ratios of products used on the job. • Applying concrete products to properly prepared surfaces. • Decorative finishing: stamping, staining, hand painting and sealing of surfaces. • Friendly and knowledgeable customer interactions. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR. • Must be a team player and work well with others. • Attention to detail and a desire to learn a true craft. • Must be comfortable bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 50lbs), and using power equipment and small hand tools. • Experience in trade skills such as coatings, painting, concrete, concrete finishing, drywall, flooring, light construction/handyman experience a plus but not necessary. • Must be able to work outside in warm temperatures. • Retiring or transitioning Veterans welcomed If you are ready to explore a “Transformational" opportunity, please send your resume too; [email protected].
