First, Chef Harry Graham prepares a three-course meal with which our Ashton representative Jose Ortega has made perfect pairings. Next, we will be releasing “Rip” our Yellowstone Barrel. This portion of the event will be co-hosted by Steve Beam. Not letting this amazing bourbon and meal experience fail to end without a bang, we will be raffling off a huge prize!

Garden salad with tomato confit, pine nuts, basil-granny smith vinaigrette, roasted purple grapes, cotija cheese.

Carrot ginger bisque with smokey carrot chips and creme fraiche swirl.
Entree:
Cowboy ribeye, butter poached asparagus with prosciutto bowtie, grated egg yolk, twice-baked truffle potato.

Walnut Sausage stuffed duroc pork chop, roasted brussels sprouts, pomme puree, mushroom demiglace.
