KVO Industries Inc. is a unique material manufacturer located in Santa Rosa that produces high quality graphic and interpretive signage for a wide variety of markets and clients. We are looking for reliable team players to train in our specialized production processes. Experience is helpful but not required, we will train the right candidates. Position: Production Employment Type: Full Time (40 Hours per Week) or Part Time (Up to 30 Hours per Week), Tuesday - Friday (four 10 hour days) Compensation: DOE, Medical and benefits after 90 day probation period for full time employees Primary Responsibilities: • Preparing steel parts for coating, including: grinding, sanding, cleaning and stud welding • Coating steel parts using electrostatic and traditional HVLP coating equipment Secondary Responsibilities: • Packing and crating finished projects for shipping • General warehouse work, maintenance and cleaning There may be other opportunities for the right candidate, including color matching and CNC router operation Candidate should be: • Trainable and willing to learn • Commercial spray painting or powder coating is a plus • A team player with a good attitude • Physically fit enough to work on their feet all day and move metal panels • Able to lift 50 lbs. • A self starter
