LINC Dash w/Camp Gladiator
Both the Dash Workouts are full-body workouts that combine strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge campers of all fitness levels and ages. The workout is based off the CG camp experience which focuses on endurance, strength, agility, and interval training suitable for all fitness levels. You will be traveling down the LINC to meet trainers at different Stations to complete a series of exercises.
