Painter Needed

Looking to hire a painter with spraying capabilities at least 3yrs exp. as a sprayer.. You will be working with a crew doing residential homes at least 2 per week. start time is 9am until the day is over mostly 8hrs or so. Must be respectful have a good attitude and be on time, its not hard I do it everyday. No smoking on the property of the customer, no drinking or drugs of any kind. I run a Respectable Business and if you are an ass don't bother you'll be wasting your time and mine and I will let you go. Must have own transportation and tools/grip. I am not picking you up just to pay you for me taking you to work. Listen if you want to be at a place and be safe and be treated fairly, then give me a call. But I will not put up with bullshit, you are here to work not wine about having to work 8hrs is 8hrs we do what ever it takes to get the job done in those hrs. and everyone pulls there weight the whole time. This position is for some one that really wants it that wants to be a painter. We have work all year round.
