Welcome to join us at the YWCA Thrift Store. This is a monthly event where volunteers are welcome to sort, price, organize the overflow of donations before they make their way on the sales floor. Dates: third Saturday of each month Time: 11:00- 3:00 All volunteers at YWCA NCW are required to complete a volunteer application. Email to begin the application process. YWCA NCW is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. Our local vision is to empower women, men and children to break the cycle of economic insecurity and homelessness and achieve self-sufficiency through assistance, support and education. By volunteering, shopping at, and/or donating to the YWCA Thrift Store, you directly support the programs and services we provide in the community including our homeless housing program, job training, and economic empowerment programs. One-hundred percent of the YWCA Thrift Store's proceeds support YWCA NCW's life-changing programs and services for local families in the process of rebuilding their lives.
