Handyman/Remodeler wanted for busy investor

Busy real estate investor who Buys,sells and rents homes thru out south Florida seeking a handyman/Remodeler to handle all small repairs to my properties. Must be knowledgeable in painting, drywall repairs, replacing lights, switches outlets, toilets, small plumbing repairs, carpentry, kitchen faucets replacement, some roofs have missing shingles, must be able to replace the missing shingles per inspections. Must have own tools and be able to travel in entire palm beach area. Must be reliable and have good transportation. Pay is $20-$25 hourly. Travel gas is covered as well if out of area. We are a legal company so do not ask to be paid in cash. You will be a w9 or if a company payment can be made directly to the company. Venmo, Zelle or company check. For consideration call me.
