House Located just 1 mile north of Byram MS in Sth Jackson. I need someone to complete 2 tasks I ran out of time on. 1 is just putting in a Glacier Bay Builders Faucet sink stopper only in 2nd bathroom... didn’t have any plumber’s putty but the faucet is in so a 10 minute job putting in the new stopper. The other is liquid nails needed for gluing two trim molding pieces in the mud room that I simply forgot to do - another 10 minute job (if that). Total with travel time 3 hours. Willing to pay $65 in total. Must have own plumber’s putty and liquid nails and coordinate with tenants for access.
