EXPERIENCED Apartment Maintenance Technician NEEDED IMMEDIATELY We are a growing Property Management Company and we are searching for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you have 2+ years of verifiable experience in the apartment maintenance industry, enjoy a challenge and a job well-done, have a valid drivers' license and reliable transportation we want to talk to you! Specific duties for this position include: • Excellent Customer Service Skills including professional, prompt and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors • Complete Make-Ready/Turns • Light plumbing • Light electrical • Drywall repair • Grounds keeping • A desire to learn and grow with us Additional skills and experience that will set you apart but are not required: • Experience with boilers • Current OSHA Certification We offer a competitive hourly wage and excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision and Paid time off.
