We are a growing property management company in the multi-family housing industry with several properties in the Denver, Colorado area. We are currently looking for a Landscaper / Groundskeeper to maintain our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience, exhibit excellent Customer Service skills, be professional, courteous, organized, able to self-manage time while navigating frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Duties include: Sprinkler systems and sprinkler system repair Lawn care and mowing Weeding beds and lawns Planting and plant care Trimming bushes and trees Raking leaves and debris Maintaining Pet Waste Stations and removing pet waste from grounds Monitoring grounds for areas of concern for safety and beautification Snow removal We offer competitive pay and a great benefits package.
