Drummer Looking To Form Power Trio

I am a pro drummer with over 30 years of experience and great gear. I’m looking for an Alpha guitar player and Alpha bass player to form a power trio.When I say Alpha, I mean players with confidence, experience, attitude, and good stage presence, who want to be a part of a smokin’ band. I’m tired of playing with shoe gazing, hobby, weekend warriors, who have no desire or clue how to put on a good show. If you feel the same, this might be for you! I don’t want to chase trends, be a "tribute", or try to appease each club with a huge variety of songs and styles. We will sell this band on attitude and performance by defining our own style and delivering a good, tight show. Not looking for a note for note performance, but rather a performance with passion and conviction. I want to start as a cover band because that’s where the gigs are right now. We will only play songs that fit the band, but the songs need to be club (dance) friendly. Our job is to draw a crowd and keep them entertained. While not a deal breaker, I would like to find people who embrace the latest technological advances ie: no onstage amps and in ear monitors. I produce keyboard tracks so I can bring that to the table. If neither one of us can sing lead, we will then look at bringing in a male lead singer (no chicks in this band!)
