PRIMARY FUNCTION The main responsibility of the Asphalt/ Concrete Project Superintendent is to plan and execute work procedures with employees. Supervise crews and make foreman and employees jobs easier. Superintendent deals with customers questions and concerns. Makes sure ADA grades are met. Posts job signs and makes sure job runs smooth. Attends weekly safety meetings. Follow weekly job schedules as they may vary. Orders material when needed and organized. Occasionally trips to suppliers to pick up miscellaneous items. Ability to operate asphalt equipment will be a plus. Company truck will be provided, paid cell phone. Year round pay high season 9 months 3 months slow. Bilingual a plus. End of the year bonus.
