Delivery Driver, No CDL Required TapRm is seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join our distribution delivery fleet as we continue to expand. We are currently looking for drivers located throughout New York State, with a focus on the territories of Albany, Syracuse, and Buffalo. Must have a personal vehicle suitable for large deliveries. No CDL required, but a plus. Driver candidates must have a current driver's license, and a clean driving record. Position Requirements: • Minimum 6 months of driving experience • Must be at least 21 years of age • Ability to speak and read English proficiently a must • Must be legal to work in the US • Effective communication skills with a wide variety of individuals • Experience reading maps and follow a delivery route • Familiarity with routing and delivery software (OnFleet, Routific, Rout4me, Tookan, etc) • Physically able to lift weight in excess of 100 pounds • Must be comfortable dealing with potentially challenging delivery spaces • Excellent time management and organizational skills Description of the Role • Picking up the delivery load, securing it in the vehicle, and checking it for accuracy before delivery run • Loading and unloading product utilizing hand trucks. • Completing all routed daily deliveries and delivering our products in good condition. • Reconciling collection of payment at the end of the route. • Reporting any customer service issues. • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety at all times • Effectively using all technological devices to achieve delivery goals.
