Homeowner needs summer outdoor help mornings 8 - 12 downtown Fairbanks. Pay DOE, negotiable. Job includes helping build some fences, haul soil, dig up sod, prune trees, paint, cleanup brush,...varied needs. Job will include some vacation days if we are gone, and we could accommodate the laborer's vacation schedule to some extent. Usually work rain or shine. Laborer needs to be qualified and experienced in using hand tools, as shovel, hoe, rake, and electric tools as hedge cutter, lawnmower, drill, etc. as age appropriate, and know and follow safety procedures. Need to be able to lift 40 lbs. Requires proof of vaccinations, transportation (can be a bike), drug-free, honest, trustworthy, have some work experience, have positive work and personal references, and have some basic tools. Looking for someone who wants to learn, has a strong work ethic, is willing to be on time, and leave their cell phones during work hours.
