Experienced apartment maintenance technician wanted for a good local restoration company. Looking for a candidate that have general knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting etc. Must have your own tools and be able to pass a background check. Position is Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm and lots of opportunity for growth. We are a local staffing company that works in the apartment industry and specialize in permanent positions with large national and local companies and offer the best pay. Permanent positions pay between $19-$26/hour plus benefits depending on experience for techs and $26 + per hour for techs with HVAC certifications or are supervisors.
