JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs nightly power washing and steam cleaning services.
2. Practices safe and secure material handling methods.
3. Reports errors found and documents to supervisor.
4. Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
5. Troubleshoot power washer machinery.
REQUIREMENT (SKILLS AND ABILITIES):
1. Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
2. Basic reading and comprehensions skills
3. Basic mechanical reasoning skills
4. Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner.
PHYSICAL DEMAND:
Ability to bend, reach, stand, push, and pull power washing hose, equipment, and etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
1. High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Adequate and reliable transportation/ dependable transportation
3. Valid Driver's License w/ DMV printout
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday Night through Friday Night, 30-40 hours per week w/ various overtime opportunities and some weekends.
PAY RANGE:
$17.00- $20.00 Hour
