All Star Labor and Staffing is currently looking for several employees to join a great team at a Metal Fabrication Company located in the Eugene area. They currently have the following positions available: Schedule: 7am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday and every other Saturday. Starting wages: depending on interview -MIG/TIG Welding (Experience required, if you only have MIG they are willing to train you for TIG) -Brake Press Operator (Experience required) -Deburring/Grinding (Ability to work with small hand tools) Essential Job Duties: · Able to read blueprints is a plus · Work within tight tolerances · Use measuring tools to ensure tolerances are to customer specs · Able to change tooling according to prints OTHER QUALIFICATIONS · Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency · Clean machinery and maintain a clean work area · Working overtime when needed · Ability to lift up to 45 lbs · Attention to detail · Excellent organizational and communication skills · Excellent communication skills · Strong work ethics All Star Labor and Staffing is a second chance employment agency, each applicant is a case by case basis.
