We have an opening for a Lead Maintenance Technician for a 200-unit Apartment community in Temple, Texas. Qualified applicants must be safety conscious and knowledgeable of general safety procedures. Must be able to pass a background check. Qualified applicants must have: * 3+ years Apartment Maintenance experience; * HVAC experience; * Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance repair, Sheet Rock, Dry Wall & Painting experience; * Knowledge and experience with preventive maintenance; * Verifiable work experience/history. * Available for on-call service; * Quality tools required.
