Meet Abbi, she is 1year old Maltese that is currently under foster care regarding an injury she sustained to her hind leg. Abbi weighs about 8 pounds and is currently on puppy food in order to get her weight up. Abbi was surrendered by her family, unfortunately, unable to afford her medical care and grooming cost. Her family did the correct thing for her and it broke their heart to surrender her. As you can see Abbi is all about herself. Abbi gets along with other dogs either her size or bigger. Abbi loves ears and will pull on them to get a friend's attention. Abbi loves to play with toys and play in the water while the yard is being watered. Abbi enjoys hamburgers at McDonald $ deal and Whataburger. If you don't watch her she will steal yours. A good day for Abbi is giving her all your attention and holding her in your lap. Abbi is very sensitive and doesn't like getting hurt. She can give you the LOOK Abbi underwent surgery and removal of her leg and spaying. She is recovering recently and will be returning to the Humane Society for adoption. She can run like the best of them and having 3 legs is not holding her back.
