Bulverde Heating and Air Conditioning is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Service Technician/Installer. Job duties to include installs as well as going into our clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems. Responsibilities: - Work will be performed under minimum supervision to perform residential service and maintenance calls. - Performs service and diagnosis on heating and air conditioning equipment as well as accessories in an accurate and timely manner. - Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required. - Assists with installs in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications. - Including delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation. - Assists in the installation of ducts and duct fittings. - Performs duties so as to deliver of excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction. - As needed or required, completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner. Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns. Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned. Qualifications: - 2+ years of service and install experience preferred- - Familiarity with HVAC schematics, blueprints and manuals - Strong problem solving skills - Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. - Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed. - Ability to stand, walk and to climb ladders and attic stairs and to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units. - Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. - Ability to handle hot attics and different climate changes. - Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
