Nanny/Housekeeper Needed in Brentwood

Location: Brentwood Schedule: 9-5, with some flexibility on start time and be willing to stay late on date nights Compensation: $25-30/hour A busy family in Brentwood is seeking a super kind, easy going and discreet Nanny/Mother’s Helper/Housekeeper to assist with their household. Would love to find someone who is calm and compassionate, and understands the importance of giving children space to do independent play! This is very much a hybrid nanny/housekeeping role, so we are seeking someone who is 100% comfortable with deep cleaning and child care. It is important that you are OK to tag team with mom and the housekeeper in place as there will be many instances in which you are trading tasks. This is a NO ego position – please be respectful and accommodating of the family’s wishes and systems that are already set in place. Must be willing to go with the flow, roll up your sleeves, and take over wherever/whenever needed. Must be willing to follow specific directions from parents about language with kids, rules around the house, and tidying etc. Please have your own vehicle and clean driving record as you will be needed to pick up from school on occasion. Must be covid vaccinated or planning on getting vaccinated ASAP! Duties will include (but are not limited to): Laundry for the entire family General child care School Pick up Deep cleaning Running errands Loading/unloading dishwasher Taking out trash Cleaning up after dinner Vacuuming Keeping closets organized
