Videographer / Photographer for Gallery Event

We are having a small event and would like to get photos of the gathering and the Creative Space. Looking for a photographer that is able to take video as well. We will need copies of all of the photos and video. Please include link to your creative work or website with reply. Event is on Sun. 5/23 from 3 to 6 and we would like to meet in advance to plan shots. We will also have other events and are looking for someone to continue if it works out., Thank you.
