As a successful, growing company, we are looking for talented professionals to join our Logistics Team in Torrance, CA. Position: Logistics Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities: Coordinate shipments to be sent/received on time Accurately track and fulfill orders in system Prepare product release documents, package insets and kit assembly Timely follow-up on shipments to ensure that all deliveries are on schedule Communicate with shipping carriers and internal team to ensure everyone is aware of status and/or issues Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support and Labs to meet and exceed client delivery expectations Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years in a professional company with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service roles Ability to lift 40+ pound boxes to a height of 3-4 feet Ability to multi-task with accuracy and efficiency Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and details-focused Professional work ethic, confidentiality and respect Energetic, hardworking and flexible Organized with ability to prioritize competing tasks Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment Can do attitude with ability to work within team Click here to apply: Any offer of employment is contingent on the successful passing of a background check.
