Family-Owned Plumbing construction company is looking for an entry level shop attendant, fabrication and delivery driver. This is a position with growth opportunities. This position includes the following responsibilities. • Managing plumbing inventory in our shop • Fabrication of Cast iron pipes and fittings and various other plumbing related items • Fabrication of solder copper valves • Delivering to and from the shop to our job sites on a regular basis • Maintenance of our shop owned equipment large and small • Regular maintenance of surrounding property • Tracking tools and equipment to and from the field • Ensure shop cleanliness and organization through all phases of the service process. • Ensure company vehicles are clean, service, and maintenance maintained regularly. Pay is $18-$25 an hour to start DOE The following is preferred but not needed as the right candidate will have training available. • Warehouse experience (Plumbing wholesale) preferred • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Provide a printout of DMV driving record. • Knowledge of equipment and tools • Inventory knowledge a plus but not required. • Operation or management skills This is a great job for someone with mechanical capabilities, that doesn't mind getting dirty and wants to learn with the opportunity to grow. If you have experience, the more the better (and of course, higher pay). You must be authorized to work in the US, have a valid driver’s license and have not had a DUI in the last 7 years. This is a full-time opportunity typical schedule is 7am to 3:30pm 40 hours per week Occasional overtime and weekends required but not typical.
