Job Description:
Respond to requests from maintenance supervisor
Follow daily schedule for apartment maintenance and unit turnovers as required
Previous experience in multi-family apartment maintenance is absolutely required
Applicant should be highly proficient with carpentry ( experience with hanging doors, installing cabinets, base and crown molding etc. )
Proficient in plumbing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
