A busy local moving company is looking for a dispatcher/lead foreman to help with the daily scheduling, dispatching, and supervising of all crew members. Skills Needed: • Experience working for a moving company • Ability to manage multiple teams and trucks throughout the day • Ability to jump in as a driver or worker if needed • Availability to work weekends • Organizational skills to keep timesheets and collect paperwork for employees to submit weekly/daily to General Manager • Experience with hiring, interviewing, and maintaining a team of drivers and laborers • Leadership skills to have camaraderie among workers, but ability to keep them on track This position is full-time and reports to the General Manager.
