Hi I am Nick! look us up at www.akroadside.com I am looking for a personal assistant/office manager for a part time/possible full time position. Hours from 10-4 Mon-Fri. I need someone sharp, witty, flexible, multi-talented hard working, punctual, loyal, and honest. The Job: (metaphorically speaking) is picking up the essential peaces I leave behind, a set of eyes in the back of my head basically. I am a very fasted paced person and I have my hands in many pots so the job is not just one thing. It is many different things, very important but different, there is always a list that we work off of but also thing that come up unexpectedly that we have to attend to. I say we but that means you. :) The company it’s at its point of growth you’d have to be willing to grow with the company, as changes happen responsibilities change. Currently the company has about 6 employees, I can say comfortably that everyone of my employees will speak highly of there work placed. I am a firm believer in a comfortable work environment. We provide towing and roadside assistance for multinational companies and the federal government. I need someone immediately, someone who will start working and learn while on the job. Again metaphorically speaking I am going to push you in into the water you will either sink or swim. I am a 40 year old entrepreneur. I love business, some people like there sports, some people like there pets, but I love my business, currently I am living alone on the same property as the business, so that you are aware the home and office are both on site. Separated by separate entrances, the front of the property is the office, and the back is the home. Your job will be to manage both. I am a person of high integrity, respect, and honesty, and I expect the same. Please be aware that all interviews are being held at my house and the office, no offsite interviews, the job is here so the interview must be also. All interviews must be between the hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. the job includes: cleaning, laundry, errands, ironing, (cooking maybe), reorganizing office, starting a filing system, management of marketing team billing/receiving, monitoring and auditing internal documents, monitoring mail, paying bills, assisting with payroll, monitoring emails, accounts receivable, etc.... the list goes on. The company is not so huge to where we need a person for each position. Like I stated earlier it’s a bunch of small things (however very important) so an all-around experience person is what is needed Please be up to date on you abilities to use a computer, email, excel, word, etc... you know! 21st century type stuff. also, no drugs, no weed, no alcohol during work.
