Carpenter/Decking Installer/Framer Needed

I am looking for a jack of all trades guy. Someone that can do basically everything on the exterior of a home from decking to siding repair to window instalation while keepin a clean site. I can keep a good quality craftsman busy at about 3/4 of full time to full time. Pay is dependent upon qualifications but am will to pay between $35 to $50. I have 21 jobs lined up between a new person and my current carpenter. Pay for Decks is paid by Square footage. Immdeidate start. Must live close by Tacoma. Please contact me for interview.
