This is an entry level position with a Property Management Company with a focus on maintenance. Applicants need to have a valid Washington State Drivers License and must be insurable with a clean driving record. Applicants would be required to drive a forklift and forklift safety training will be provided. Duties include the following. Grounds keeping - Sweeping and emptying trash receptacles. Pressure washing Painting Light electrical and plumbing repairs Moving furniture Cleaning offices after tenant move activity This is a full time position working Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
