Kiefer Automotive Group is currently seeking a Lot Attendant at our Team Kia of Bend Dealership. Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of Dealership lot, keeping neat and professional display. Verifies receipt of new vehicles delivered to the Dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs daily assessment of display lots and takes appropriate action to display vehicles to Dealership standards Parks vehicles in assigned areas Move and deliver vehicles to sites and locations as required. Washes, dries, vacuums, and cleans glass and other areas of vehicles Jump starts/charges battery and fuels vehicles as needed Sets up and removes displays and associated material for special events Operates a wide variety of vehicles; both automatic & manual transmissions Recognizes general vehicle repairs or building maintenance that may need to be escalated to a manager Prepares sold vehicles for delivery Prioritizes vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance Maintains external appearance and cleanliness of all dealership buildings and lots Maintains cleanliness of building interior including: emptying trash bins, cleaning restrooms, stocking paper products, and cleaning surfaces Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED preferred Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealership guidelines Must be able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions Ability to work productively in a team environment BENEFITS Company Sponsored Health Coverage Voluntary Dental and Vision Coverage 401(K) Competitive Pay PTO to apply!
