Who are We?! EVNTWRKS is a full service catering and event production company specializing in one stop shopping for weddings, corporate events, conferences, festivals, product launches, and more! Our seasoned event professionals have designed and produced events from 10 to 15,000 guests in premiere locations across the country. Our In-House services include catering, event rentals, AV, floral, décor, coordination, registration and travel logistics, and event specific needs. No matter the size or type of event, we deliver highly creative ideas, flawless execution, and audience impact. We are currently seeking event staff for upcoming events!! Duties may include, but not limited to: Set up and break down event equipment as directed. Unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events: including setting up tables, chairs, tableware, bar equipment, building stages, etc. Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies Set up lighting, audio visual, and any scenery equipment. Assist in the overall logistical and operational aspects of the event Preferred Qualifications: - Willing and able to work varying shifts, weekends - Ability to stand for extended periods of time - Able to prioritize and work in fast-paced environment - Forward thinkers - Ability to multitask - Detail-oriented - Prompt and reliable - Hard working - Enthusiastic attitude - Able to take direction and work in team environment - Professional & good customer service skills Email: Katie if interested!
