We are looking to hire a maintenance technician for our portfolio of residential apartment complexes in Clinton &Ayer. Job Responsibilities include: * Maintenance Work Orders * Painting * Dry Wall Repair * Light Plumbing * Light Electrical * Cleaning * Snow Removal - Must be at properties anytime it snows. Job Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4pm. Job involves a rotating on call schedule where you need to be on call every 3rd week. Must live within 20 minutes of Clinton to meet on call needs. This job is for someone that is hard working, organized and willing to learn. Previous experience as a maintenance technician preferred. Email resumes to be considered.
